FAQ
Where do sessions take place?
I’m based in central Iowa, and I love shooting in locations that are meaningful to you — your farm, a favorite park, or any spot that tells your story. Traveling over 50 miles from New Sharon incurs a travel fee of $0.70/mile round-trip.
How far in advance should I book?
It’s best to book as early as possible, especially for senior and wedding sessions, to ensure you get your preferred date and time.
What should we wear to our session?
Choose outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident. Coordinated colors and textures photograph beautifully, but the most important thing is that your family or you feel like yourselves.
What if it rains or the weather doesn’t cooperate?
For outdoor sessions, we can reschedule to ensure the best lighting and conditions. I’ll work with you to find a date that works for everyone.
How will I get my photos?
All images will be delivered through an online Pixieset gallery. You’ll have access to every professionally edited photo from your session, ready to download and share. Please note that raw files are not provided.
How soon will we receive our photos?
Delivery times depend on the time of year. Usually, you can expect your edited images within 3-4 weeks of your session. Wedding galleries take 4-6 weeks.
